Mr. James McMorris gained his experience during the rise of foreign investment by transnationals in the 1980’s. After traveling extensively on behalf of Multi-nationals for 20 years, he has developed relationships with key decision makers in industry. Mr. McMorris has lead delegations to over 13 developing nations to negotiate investment projects with local governments, developing regulations on import and export controls and created communication channels with local labor institutions. Global financial institutions have turned to Mr. McMorris to develop natural resource opportunities throughout Central and South America. Multilateral Development Banks have worked with Mr. McMorris on projects to improve economic prosperity in developing nations.
Mr. McMorris Is a member of the Mining Association of Canada (MAC), the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and the Canadian Association of Importers and Exporters. He holds a MBA from University of California and a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Puerta is a senior risk management executive with over twenty-five years of experience in Central and South American investment. He is often engaged by family wealth management offices and international investment banks to provide assessment on regional government stability, infrastructure support, and organized labor dynamics. He has worked across multiple sectors and is especially active in import, export, consumer product licensing, and joint ventures.
Mr. Puerta earned a BA in Economics from the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, and an MBA from University of Texas. He has been an advisor to the Secretary General of the Union of South American Nations and is a member of the American Association of Exporters and Importers.
Mr. Jianhong’s active advisory practice spans investments and projects across Asia, representing clients on projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and China. He is particularly knowledgeable regarding energy and infrastructure development. In his roles, Mr. Jianhong coordinates valuations, transaction services, corporate finance, restructuring, turnaround strategy and infrastructure services to domestic and international clients. These services include mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, operational and financial due diligence, deal structuring advice, negotiation support, integration/separation assistance and agreement vetting.
Mr. Jianhong is a member of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and an advisor to the Southwest Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute. He graduated from Hubei Institute of Finance and Economics in China, holds an MBA from Murdoch University in Australia and is Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Gallo is an experience importer and exporter with a focus on product localization, branding and marketing. Since 1990, Mr. Gallo has been developing and successfully distributing licensed products into foreign markets through joint ventures, distribution agreements and acquisitions. Sectors include software, commodities and consumer products. Over the years Mr. Gallo has developed an extensive network of financiers, manufactures, marketers and advertisers covering 3 continents. He has helped international clients develop, identify and target potential global consumers in Latin America and Europe.
Mr. Gallo studied Creative Industries at Ryerson University and International Trade and Supply Chain Financing at the University of Toronto. He is a member of the American Association of Exporters and Importers and the Advertising and Marketing International Network.
